When designing new high-speed rolling stock, it is essential to design the suspension systems and buffer structures of the cars in the most appropriate manner while assessing high-speed stability, curving performance and other safety features.
Hitachi possesses dynamics simulation technology for each type of car, and we use this technology to provide simulation for ensuring travel safety and enhancing comfort by reducing vibration. One of the tools we use in this connection is automatic generation technology analysis model based on multi-body dynamics. This enables us to respond promptly to large-scale structural changes.
