Operating Procedure of Hitachi Platform Gate System

1. Before the train comes, Platform Gates are closed so that the passengers can safely wait, avoiding accidents such as falling off from the platform.

2. When the train approaches, Platform Gates open simultaneously with the door of the train car. The passengers can get on and off the cars accordingly with the chime.

3. Platform Gates close simultaneously with the doors of the train car with chime after the passengers get on and off from the train.

4. The train departs from the platform after all Platform Gates are closed completely and safely.
