Features : Consists of three systems: Hanaizumi to Iwatekawaguchi (Morioka) in 1996, Kuriyagawa to Aomori (Morioka) in 1998, and Kuroiso to Ishikoshi (Sendai) in 1999. The Kuriyagawa to Aomori system was transferred to IGR in 2002.
